- Stay hydrated by having plenty of sips of water throughout the day.
- Chew sugar free gum to stimulate saliva flow.
- Avoid smoking and alcohol that can further dry out your mouth.
- Eat a healthy diet, limiting sugary and acidic foods and drinks.
- Speak to your doctor about your concerns as you may need a change in medication or they may want to prescribe you an artificial saliva.
