Safety Protocols
We have implemented new measures to ensure the safety of patients and staff alike. There is no waiting room or traditional reception desk and entry is via prior appointment only.
We now ask that you:
Once you call a member of our team will meet you at the front door to unlock it and let you in. Please stand 2 metres away from the front door and do not try and open it yourself. The team member will be wearing full personal protective equipment including mask and visor. We will then:
If you develop symptoms of Covid-19 within 14 days after your appointment it is extremely important that you let us know. Please call or email us as a matter of urgency.
Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to seeing you, albeit from behind our masks :)

- pay your fee online or over the phone in advance
- update your medical history online in advance
- confirm that you do not have any COVID-19 symptoms - if you do you must cancel your appointment
- attend alone - if you are under 16 or require a helper then please call us to arrange beforehand
- do not bring any bags or additional coats or belongings
- go to the toilet before attending as there will be no facilities available
- brush your teeth at home
- please wash your hands thoroughly at home
- please wear a mask
- wait outside the practice 10 minutes before your appointment time and call the practice for instruction on 01132967369
- do not try to walk into the practice without calling us beforehand

- record your temperature
- sanitise your hands using alcohol gel provided
- please do not touch anything including door handles or the bannister
- the team member will show you straight through to the treatment room
- the dentist and nurse will also be wearing full PPE
